India is home to both the world’s hottest chili, the Naga Jolokia (with a Scoville Heat Unit rating of 1,055,000), and the mildest chili, the Bell Pepper (with a Scoville Heat Unit range of 0 to 10). We source chilies from across India and store them at optimal temperatures to ensure their longevity, allowing us to meet customer needs year-round. Our chili processing and grinding are conducted in our factory under strict supervision, with each chili handled carefully by our workers.
