Read MoreCoriander is a valued ayurvedic medicinal herb and an essential spice in culinary traditions, particularly in making curries and other dishes. The seeds can be used whole or ground into a powder, both of which offer significant medicinal properties. Rich in important vitamins and minerals, coriander provides calcium, phosphorus, iron, and vitamins such as B and C. We offer high-quality coriander in both seed and powder forms.
Coriander is a key spice crop that holds a prime position in flavoring food. The plant is a small, bushy herb with thin stems, growing 25 to 50 cm in height with numerous branches and umbels. The leaves are alternate and compound, and the entire plant emits a pleasant aroma. The inflorescence is a compound umbel consisting of five smaller umbels. The fruit is globular, 3 to 4 mm in diameter, and when pressed, it breaks into two segments, each containing one seed. The seeds, pale white to light brown, have a delicate fragrance, making coriander a popular choice in various cuisines.
